About Us
At Palo Alto Expert Tree Care, our mission is to provide top-tier tree care services with a commitment to enhancing the beauty and health of the trees in our community. We believe in preserving the natural landscape of Palo Alto while ensuring safety and sustainability for every property we serve.
We don't believe in transactional service. Our team focuses on building lasting relationships with our residential and commercial clients through transparent pricing, clear communication, and reliable craftsmanship. Every canopy we thin, hazard we mitigate, and root system we treat is an investment in making Santa Clara County a greener, safer, and healthier place to live.
Thank you for trusting us with your tree care needs.
Our Story
Our story started as a small, family-owned operation built on a genuine love of trees and a promise to treat every customer right.
Since then, we've grown into a trusted name for full-service tree care across the Palo Alto area — from trimming and pruning to removal, cabling and bracing, stump grinding, tree health diagnostics, and 24/7 emergency response.
That growth has never come at the cost of quality. We stay current with the latest arboriculture techniques and safety standards, so every job reflects both our roots as a family business and the expertise of a modern tree care team.
Our Commitment to Safety & Quality
Our purpose is simple: give Palo Alto property owners the kind of tree service they'd recommend to their neighbors without hesitation.
Palo Alto Expert Tree Care exists to keep Santa Clara County properties safe, healthy, and hazard-free through honest, arborist-led tree care that Palo Alto homeowners can trust before, during, and after every job.
We show up when we say we will, diagnose every tree correctly before recommending removal or treatment, and hold every job to the same standard whether it's a routine trim in Crescent Park or a late-night emergency in Barron Park.
